Tanya Narath is the Executive Director, CEO and a Fellow of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy. Under her leadership, the Institute educates, connects, and empowers leaders to create sustainable communities.
Tanya is a member of the Sonoma County GoLocal Cooperative Board of Directors and was recently appointed as the Sonoma County environment representative on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s Policy Advisory Council. She chairs the City of Santa Rosa’s Community Advisory Board and is a member of the Mayor’s Task Force on Economic Competitiveness.
Amie received her bachelor's of science degree in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis in 1998. She has over ten years experience working with various local environmental projects and agencies including the Sonoma Land Trust and Sonoma Earth Day 2000.
Suzi has a BA in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MA in Environmental Education from Sonoma State University. Prior to joining the Institute in 2007, Suzi taught at the elementary and middle school levels in Sonoma County as well as internationally in Singapore and Hong Kong.
